Meet Lyndsay Long, Registered Psychologist
Lyndsay has worked with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of counselling roles. Many people seek her support after experiencing trauma related to accidents, military service, early life experiences, or relationship challenges.
Others work with her while facing the emotional effects of anxiety, depression, grief, anger, or low self-esteem. Her goal is to provide a space where each person can feel heard and encouraged as they explore their personal goals.
With a strong background in sports and fitness, Lyndsay also connects with athletes and individuals navigating performance pressures or recovery challenges. She is recognized for her thoughtful, non-judgmental approach and her ability to create a comfortable, supportive environment for every client. As Lyndsay explains, “Everyone deserves a place where they can be heard, understood, and encouraged.”

Meet Olivia Buzderewicz, Provisional Psychologist
Olivia specializes in supporting adolescents and adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. She believes that feeling genuinely understood is the foundation of meaningful change over time, and she works to build that sense of comfort and trust with every client she sees.
Her interest in the field was first sparked by a sport psychology course during her undergraduate studies, which opened her eyes to the powerful connection between mind and body and inspired her to pursue graduate training in clinical psychology.
Olivia’s therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in attachment-focused principles, with a strong emphasis on trust and creating a comfortable therapeutic environment. She draws from commonly used, research-informed methods throughout her work and incorporates EMDR where it can best support trauma-focused care.
