Ryan Carr, Massage Therapist

I have been in the world of massage therapy for 10 years. I started my adventure back in 2014 earning a diploma from ACMT.
For most of my career, I have focused on sports injury and deep tissue treatments; whether it is breaking down old scar tissue damage or maintaining our new versions of ourselves, I utilize stretching techniques and proper aftercare to benefit you.
I currently am involved in playing hockey, but also football, baseball and other sports for the better part of my life. I’ve experienced pain myself in multiple ways and even breaking my leg, and having a herniated disc.
This gave me a deeper understanding of the body and what it means to stay healthy. By using Movement, I find this is the key to a healthy lifestyle and understanding how to prevent and maintain injuries, aid in the progress in helping and healing the body.
Alanna Lupaschuk, Massage Therapist

With over a decade of experience in massage therapy, I am dedicated to helping clients find relief, relaxation, and overall well-being. I have experience in Swedish relaxation, lymphatic drainage, cupping, deep tissue, and prenatal massage, which I use to tailor each session to target areas of concern, ensuring every client feels comfortable and supported.
My approach is built on openness and education—I believe in setting clear expectations while encouraging clients to take proactive steps in their self-care journey. My background in clinics and spas has given me the expertise to work with a wide range of clients, whether they’re seeking pain relief, stress reduction, or improved mobility.
Growing up in a rural community, I developed a strong appreciation for working with my hands, which naturally led me to massage therapy. I am passionate about maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle, as I enjoy weight training and spending time outdoors camping. I bring this same dedication to wellness into my practice, helping clients feel their best both physically and mentally.
Yasmine Favis, Massage Therapist

My interest in the human body, mixed with my devotion to healing people, ultimately led me to Massage Therapy. I graduated with distinction from the Alberta College of Massage Therapy and have not stopped learning since. My treatments strive to restore emotional, physical, and mental balance through effective touch specific to the client.
I am a therapist who is always ready to learn from, listen to, and educate individuals to enhance their quality of life and empower clients to achieve their fullest potential.
During my free time, I like doing anything that involves physical activity, cooking, and playing board games with friends and family.
